From the first call to seeing the hours come back. No long proposals, no jargon, and nothing starts until you know what it costs.
The four steps
1
A free call
Twenty minutes on where your time goes. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
2
Training or an audit
Training if your team needs to use the tools well. An audit if you need to know which jobs are worth changing.
3
Build
The agreed changes are set up and tested on real work, then handed over with instructions.
4
Review the hours
We look at what actually changed against the estimate, keep what works and drop what does not.
What we need from you
- An honest account of the week. Including the jobs nobody admits to, like retyping things.
- Access to the people who do the work, not just to you.
- A few real examples. Actual enquiries, quotes or reports, so nothing is built on a guess.
- Someone who can decide. One person who can say yes, no or not yet.
- A bit of patience in week one. New habits feel slower before they feel faster.
What you can expect
- A price before the work starts, agreed in writing, with no surprises on the invoice.
- Plain English. If we use a piece of jargon, it is because there is no plain word, and we will explain it.
- Estimates, described as estimates, with the reasoning shown so you can judge them.
- A straight answer when AI is the wrong tool. Sometimes the fix is a better form or a shorter process.
- Nothing locked to us. You can take the work elsewhere whenever you want.
