A rough idea of how many hours a week you could get back. It takes about a minute, it runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.
Hours-saved calculator
What this assumes
These are the shares of each kind of work we assume a sensible setup could take off, based on what we have seen building these processes before. They are assumptions, not measurements of your business, so treat the result as a starting point rather than a promise.
- Admin and paperwork: 50% to 70%
- Enquiries and follow-ups: 50% to 70%
- Reports and documents: 50% to 70%
- Scheduling and reminders: 50% to 70%
- Other repeating tasks: 50% to 70%
Nothing you type is sent to us or stored anywhere, including in your own browser.
How to read the result
The answer comes out as a range, not one number, because every business is different. Treat it as a prompt to look closer, not as a promise.
An estimate based on what you have told us. A Time Audit gives you a real number.
The assumptions behind it
The percentages the calculator uses are listed with it above, and they come from what we have seen when these processes are built properly. Beyond those, it works on four rules.
- Only time spent on repeating tasks is counted. One off work is left out.
- No task is treated as fully automatable. A person still checks the output.
- The result is the time that could come back each week once changes are in place and working, not in week one.
- Setting any of this up takes time and money, which the estimate does not subtract.
Your privacy
The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers are not sent to us, and nothing is saved, unless you choose to email the result to yourself and tick the box to say so.
